Week 1 - Day 6 [Sleep]

Short post tonight.  I have less than 15 minutes to get to bed in time to make 7 hours before my alarm goes off at 7:30!

It's been a rough day on the emotional front.  Definitely better able to manage it with sleep.  I didn't sleep well at all last night - up 2 times to go to the bathroom with a sick stomach - and had to get up at 6:30 on a Saturday morning to get my 14 year old to work by 7:00.  But I did get a nice 2 hour nap once I got back home.

Closing in on the end of my first week and it's about time to pick out my next principle to implement...more on that tomorrow!
